Last workout of week 4
Enjoyed Friday night a bit too much, to be honest.
Easy 5km
Runna said conversational pace 5km. Didn’t warm up, didn’t cool down, just headed to Broadwater Parkrun for the last run around this route because they’re changing it in 2 weeks time. That’ll be the fourth different course since this event started. I look forward to never running around the rugby pitches again.
Ran 29:31, solo. Still got no splits on my watch, and coping fine with it. In fact here I am 90 minutes after finishing and I haven’t even checked them, I wonder how varied my pace was, hmm.

Oh shit, I did a progressive workout without even realising.
Hopefully the new route won’t have the horrific bottleneck that the current one has.
Anyway, deload week finished. Bigger weeks ahead.
